Privacy

What this service stores, what it sends elsewhere, and how to remove it.

Every factual statement here is drawn from what the software actually does, and the text has been reviewed. It is still a description of a service rather than legal advice.

Who is responsible for your data

Blue Elephants Solutions Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Federation Centre, Singapore 068914 (UEN 201932733R), operates this service and decides what is stored here. Write to contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com about anything on this page — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. The imprint has the full company details.

What is stored about you

Signing in with Google or Microsoft asks the provider for one thing: an opaque subject identifier. No name, no email address and no profile information is requested, received or stored. That identifier is then hashed before it is written down, so the stored value cannot be turned back into your account at the provider.

Signing in with the developer password creates no account record at all.

  • A hashed sign-in identifier, and which provider it came from
  • Your courses: the brief you wrote, the outline, the authored content and the generated package
  • Any files you upload as source material for a course
  • Build records — timing, stage, token counts and cost — for the courses you generate

What leaves this service

Generating a course sends your brief, and any source material you upload, to the configured AI model provider. That is the whole point of the product and it cannot be switched off for a build, but it is worth being explicit about: material you would not send to a third party should not be uploaded here.

If image generation is enabled by the operator, the image descriptions written during a build are also sent to that provider.

If you switch on voice-over for a course, the spoken script written for each slide is sent to our speech provider, ElevenLabs, which returns the recording. Only that script is sent: not your account, not your uploads, and nothing from courses built without voice-over.

No other data is sent anywhere.

What is not done

Stated because these are the questions people actually have.

  • No advertising, and no sale or sharing of data with advertisers
  • No analytics or tracking scripts on these pages
  • No cookies beyond the sign-in session, the short-lived token that guards it, and two that only steer which language you see: the language you picked with the language switch, and a marker that you are signed in
  • Learners taking a published course are not tracked by this service — a SCORM package reports to your LMS, and nowhere else

The basis in law, and your rights

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account and generating your courses); legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and working); and consent where we ask for it.

You can delete any course, and your whole account, from Settings. Write to contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com to exercise any other right available to you — a copy of your data, a correction, an objection to processing — or to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Messages you send us

If you write to us through the Contact form on this website, we keep what you typed: your name, your email address, the organisation if you gave one, how you described yourself, and your message. We keep it for one purpose, which is to answer you. Nothing else is recorded with it: no IP address, no browser details, and no link to any account. It is not passed to anyone else, and writing to us does not put you on a mailing list.

We keep a message for as long as the conversation it belongs to is useful. Write to contact@blue-elephants-solutions.com at any time and we will delete it.

Removing your data

Deleting a course removes its record and its generated package from disk at the same time. Deleting your account in Settings removes every course you have made, every generated package, and the account record itself. Neither is recoverable, and no copy is retained — export first if you want one.

One exception, and it is a legal one: payment records and invoices are kept for ten years, as accounting rules require. They hold what was billed and to whom — not your courses, which go when you delete them.
